Alberto and his team, led by the expert carpenter Jairo, did a great job making improvements to our new home. My relationship with Alberto began months before he actually worked for us, as I needed a carpenter to come by the house and estimate the cost of mitigating exterior wood rot and water damage while we were still negotiating the price of the home. Following our home inspection with another vendor, Alberto promptly took my call, drove out to the house, and did a full exterior inspection of the property to confirm what the home inspector found as well as identify any other issues that could use work. We had to delay the work due to a COVID related closing delay, but Alberto kept in touch and was prompt when it was finally time to get painting. He was able to procure the exact type of paint that was needed and his team made the changes quickly and without incident. These guys are the real deal!

He is very communicative, extremely punctual and offered flexibility when we weren't sure of another vendor coming through in time for Alberto's crew to begin painting. His crew did an fantastic job all around - ranging from quality painting skills to being respectful in our home. No one else could do a better job for the fair price that was charged. This was the second project Alberto and his crew completed for us and we would hire him again without reservation.
