Alberto and his team, led by the expert carpenter Jairo, did a great job making improvements to our new home. My relationship with Alberto began months before he actually worked for us, as I needed a carpenter to come by the house and estimate the cost of mitigating exterior wood rot and water damage while we were still negotiating the price of the home. Following our home inspection with another vendor, Alberto promptly took my call, drove out to the house, and did a full exterior inspection of the property to confirm what the home inspector found as well as identify any other issues that could use work. We had to delay the work due to a COVID related closing delay, but Alberto kept in touch and was prompt when it was finally time to get painting. He was able to procure the exact type of paint that was needed and his team made the changes quickly and without incident. These guys are the real deal!

Alberto is very professional and has outstanding customer service skills! He is very communicative, extremely punctual and offered flexibility when we weren't sure of another vendor coming through in time for Alberto's crew to begin painting. His crew did an fantastic job all around - ranging from quality painting skills to being respectful in our home. No one else could do a better job for the fair price that was charged. This was the second project Alberto and his crew completed for us and we would hire him again without reservation.

In the last 12 months I've worked with Alberto's Professional Painting on 5 new construction spaces. I can't say enough about how responsive and accommodating they were. They completed the jobs on time, or ahead of schedule, and were flexible with the challenges that come with new construction! Just recently I called Alberto when I had a contractor remove a tile backsplash in my kitchen and the contractor completely destroyed the wall. The entire wall had to be replaced. Their work product is excellent. They work fast and leave the job site spotless. They also do specialty work. My last client wanted to use $200 per gallon European Paint to paint a 3000 sq.ft townhouse in Cambridge, MA. , including the floor. Alberto finished the work in 3 days and on budget. Just in time for Christmas!

I received three quotes before choosing Alberto’s Painting. They were the best price and by a long shot in some cases. Alberto was very responsive during the process and the crew worked so hard on some walls and ceiling that were in some rough shape. They were here early in the morning and worked late to get the job done early. One of the things I appreciated so much was how respectful all of the members of the crew were - they were so nice.
